This motor works on RACKS and PINIONS technology where the racks moves on gear.

To tackle the issue of a power failure, you can operate manual by key even in case of an electronic supply failure.

All the motors are with non reversible gearbox which helps in locking the gate. You don't need lock.

These motors are smart and it detects anything on its way, preventing any kind of physical damage to man or machine. Since the gearbox is oil based so the operation is completely silent.

It is secured by a thermal switch in case of overheating
